Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By starting a plan you agree to it. We’ve written it in plain language so there are no surprises.
All fees are non-refundable
PaceRev subscriptions, add-ons, and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We begin delivering the Service — software access, AI generation, campaign setup, publishing, optimization, and lead management — as soon as your plan starts, so fees are earned when charged.
No partial or pro-rated refunds
We do not refund or credit partial billing periods, unused time, unused image/video credits, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with advertising results. Results are never guaranteed — advertising performance depends on your market, budget, pricing, follow-up, and platform factors outside our control.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel whenever you want, from your account billing page or by emailing support@pacerev.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the period you’re already in.
Your ad budget is separate
Your PaceRev subscription does not include your advertising spend. You set your own budget and Meta bills you directly for it. Canceling PaceRev does not affect charges from Meta — pause or stop your ad spend in your own Meta account.

If something isn’t right, email us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Reach support@pacerev.com and give us a chance to make it right — we’re responsive and we want you to be happy with PaceRev.
